The Association's Board of Directors is made up of seven volunteer homeowners that work together to manage the business affairs of the association. Please take the time to learn more about SMSA Board of Directors Duties and Responsibilities.

The president has general management and control of the business and affairs of the association, including the power to appoint committees from among the property owners, and as the president may deem appropriate to assist in the conduct of the affairs of the association.
