Sundance Mt. South is a small homeowner's association located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. It spans across both Shenandoah and Rockingham Counties behind New Market, Virginia. (See valley location map.) Also see the SMSA county borders map.

Historic New Market
New Market was designated a Historic District in
1972 and
registered as a VA Historic Landmark. It was listed in the National
Register of Historic Places, which is maintained by the National Park
Service.

fishing, hunting, golfing, hiking, a community pool, triple A baseball
team,
Civil War reenactments, Civil War Museum, the Shenandoah Caverns,

As a Property Owner, You Are Part of Our Community
Sundance Mt. South Association backs up on the George Washington National Forest. Property lots are about 3 acres in size, giving plenty of privacy and walking-around space. The Association provides ongoing maintenance of all roads and common wells with a yearly Association fee. The current assesment can be found on the downloadable Annual Dues Submission form.
