 Sundance Winter

The Sundance Mt. South Association is located in both Shenandoah and Rockingham Counties in Virginia. It was formed in 1994 by a small group of homeowners who established the Board of Directors and created the Association's By-laws and Convenants. Sundance Mt. South became a non-profit corporation in 1995 and serves the homeowners of the subdivision in the management and oversight of roads and common wells.
